GIS Ranch Project
Study Area
Water Quality Analysis
Summary of Project
Preformed multiple GIS operations to determine the ideal depth for a drinking water well that would produce the highest quality of water, by using depths of existing water wells near the property and examining their water quality. Specifically examining the reported levels of iron and hardness classification for wells nearby the study area and used the EPA’s secondary drinking water standards to asses the data for each well.
